Delete a service user

  1. Log in to Assure

  2. Select Organisation

  3. Click Service Users at the top of the screen

  4. Find the user:

    • Use the search bar, or

    • Scroll through the list

  5. Locate the correct service user and find their gateway serial

  6. Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the gateway serial

  7. Select Delete


⚠️ Important

  • Deleting a service user is permanent and cannot be undone

  • Ensure the device is no longer in use before deleting

  • If unsure, check with your administrator or support team first
