Log in to Assure
Select Organisation
Click Service Users at the top of the screen
Find the user:
Use the search bar, or
Scroll through the list
Locate the correct service user and find their gateway serial
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the gateway serial
Select Delete
⚠️ Important
Deleting a service user is permanent and cannot be undone
Ensure the device is no longer in use before deleting
If unsure, check with your administrator or support team first
