When an end user’s Assure hub is moved over to a new portfolio, this will also affect any subscribers this user may have. The subscriber will need their account amending to then be able to view the hub data again.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
Find the service user who has been moved to the new portfolio within the Assure dashboard.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the user record and select “Edit Service User.”
3. Navigate to the Subscribers tab to view all subscribers linked to the service user.
4. Select the relevant subscriber to open their profile.
5. Review the existing portfolio listed, which reflects the original portfolio the service user was created under.
6. Under ‘portfolio list’, there is a 3-dot menu on the top right-hand corner. If you click this, you can then add in the new portfolio.
7. You can enter your organisation’s name to display all available portfolios within your organisation. From this list, select the updated portfolio and assign the appropriate role to the subscriber.
🤓Tip: To remove the old portfolio, select the pen icon on the right-hand side of the required portfolio, followed by the bin icon.
