Admin users can now generate and export the an "Estate report" or an "Active Hubs" report directly from the Assure dashboard.
When logged into the Assure platform, navigate to your Organisation tab, along the left hand side of your dashboard. If you have access to multiple organisations, please ensure you have selected the organisation you are interested in viewing.
Along the top of your dashboard, navigate to "Estate Reporting". Here you can choose how far back you would like to go (30, 60 or 90 days). Then press "export".
You will then be given an option to choose between an "estate report" or "active gateways"
Estate report:
This report summarises your whole estate. You can review last active dates, network and sim details
Active Gateways:
This report specifically focuses on your current active gateways. You can review when the devices were installed, network details and firmware versions.
The exported report includes the following data for all active hubs across your organisation:
