Pairing a Mobile Device from the Assure App

A guide to installing an Access mobile device (Roam/Sentry/CareWatch) from the Assure app

You will need to ensure the device is set up in IntelliCare correctly in the first instance. You can verify this by getting in touch with Access TEC Support on 03331 502374.

You will require the following details to set up the device:

- User’s name

- User’s Address

- Device IMEI (often found on the back of the device)

The support will then verify the device configuration for you.

Open the Assure app, and find the user you wish to assign the device to. Click on ‘Assign Gateway’ next to their name.

Identify which device you are assigning to the user, and choose it from the list of compatible devices.

Select ‘Start Setup’ and then input the serial number into the box. The serial number can be found on the back of the device, labelled ‘IMEI’.

The device is now set up successfully for the service user. It will appear on the Assure Dashboard and the App.
