There are two methods- via the Assure Dashboard or Assure app
Dashboard
Go to the Service User overview page and select devices.
Use the three dot menu on the right to select Edit Device
Once the edit screen is displayed select the new location from the drop down list using the down arrow on the right. Depending on the device selected you can also amend the Usage e.g. Smart plug used on a kettle changed to microwave
Once completed edit the device name and click OK to complete
Via the Assure app
Navigate to the device via the Activity tab
Click on Location to display the location drop down menu and select the new location. Depending on the device you may also be able to change the usage.
Use the pencil icon to edit the device name and save
