Before starting
Before starting, check the following:
The hub is switched on and is showing a blue screen.
You have easy access to the Memohub app.
You have easy access to the plug.
Pair the plug
On the app, press the three-dot menu button in top-right corner.
Press Devices.
Press the Add device button.
Press Smart Plug.
Enter a Name for the smart plug, e.g. Kettle.
From the list, select the Location of the device.
From the list, select the Type of device that will be plugged in.
Plug the smart plug into the socket.
Check that there is a solid green light showing on the side.
Press and hold the button on the top.
The light will flash once, then twice, and finally three times. Keep the button held down during this and only let go after the the three flashes.
Plug the device into the smart plug.
On the app, press the Pair device button.
Wait while the device is pairing.
Once you have the confirmation, press the Finish button.
Press the Back button on the top-left of the screen.
Swipe down to refresh the screen.
If the device is not showing:
Press the Back button on the top-left of the screen again.
Swipe down to refresh the screen again.
Press onto the client to re-open their details.
