You can add next of kin or other subscribers to a service user account, giving them the ability to see key information for their service user.
Log in to your dashboard, then open the portfolio for the service user you need.
🤓 Tip: You may need to search if you're managing multiple organisations and sites.
User the search and filter icon to find your service user, then click into them.
Find the option for Edit Service User Data by clicking on the three dots next to Service User Details.
Click the Subscriber tab, then click INVITE USER.
Fill in the fields with the subscriber details.
Customer activation
Once complete, the recipient receive an email with a link to activate their account. Simply click the link to activate.
