Before starting
Before starting, check the following:
The hub is switched on and is showing a blue screen.
You have easy access to the Memohub app.
You have easy access to the door/window sensor.
You have the correct battery type for the sensor.
The batteries are not in the sensor.
Pair the sensor
On the app, press the three-dot menu button in the top-right corner.
Press Devices.
Press the Add device button.
Press Door/Window sensor.
Enter a Name for the sensor, e.g. Front door.
From the list, select the Location of the device.
From the list, select the device Type, e.g. Door.
Insert the batteries into the sensor.
Place the cover on the sensor.
Press and hold the circular hole above the triangle on the sensor, you will hear a click when the button is held down.
The light will flash once, then twice and finally three times. Keep the button held down during this and only let go after the three flashes.
On the app, press the Pair device button.
Wait while the device is pairing.
Once you have the confirmation, press the Finish button.
Press the Back button on the top-left of the screen.
Swipe down to refresh the screen.
If the device is not showing:
Press the Back button on the top-left of the screen again.
Swipe down to refresh the screen again.
Press onto the client to re-open their details.
