here might be several reasons why this is the case, please try to following steps to fix the issue:

  • Check if the magnet is still attached to the frame or the door/window.

  • When closing the door/window ensure that the magnet finishes next to the sensor and the app displays that the door is closed (A green light should indicate the door being closed).

  • Check if the sensor still has battery and is working as expected.
