What to do if your ARC is not set up

  • Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

  • Be sure to include IP address or DNS domain, phone number for the alarm centre and a backup phone number, as well as the ARC ID (device or controller ID)

  • Once we have these details, we will add them to your organisation and confirm to you once it is all set up.
