Using your IntelliCare login, you will be able to manage and monitor all the devices within your estate, pull activity reports, and see who else has a login for your area.
Quick note: You can customise the look and layout of your IntelliCare Dashboard, adding and removing the widgets you need. Simply click on the 9 dots square at the top right corner of the screen, next to your name, to get started!
Managing and monitoring devices
Using the "Devices" Widget, you can monitor all the devices in your estate. Simply check the box to the left of the device, and your Events and Map will update with all the information you could need.
“Events” shows everything from routine Cycles (these tell us the device is communicating to IntelliCare and carry location information) to SOS Alarms.
“Map” shows you the live location for the device/s you’ve selected, with different icons for each type of event. The most common event will be the Cycle, shown as an orange flag, but you may also see a yellow “!” for SOS, or a battery for “Low Battery”.
Depending on your estate, you may have different entities/areas your devices sit in. You can see this in the “Tree” widget. If you can’t find the device you’re looking for, make sure you’re in the right area here. If in doubt, head to the top of the tree and search for the device using either the IMEI, Name or Phone Number of the device.
Reports from IntelliCare
There are two main types of report you might find useful whilst managing your estate.
The first, will show you a breakdown of all the devices in your estate, their IMEIs, Names, Phone Numbers, Status (Active/Inactive), their Last Message/event time and date, and where they sit in the “Tree”
You can get this by scrolling to the bottom of the Devices widget, checking “Send by email” and filling in the email with who you want to receive the report.
The second type is a more in-depth activity report that can tell you all sorts of useful information about your devices, with the option of checking specific date ranges, device types, and event types. For example, checking on the activity of all your Sentry devices from the last month by checking their Welfare Timer events.

Checking other users
Please note: not all users have access to view other user’s information. If you’re unsure or believe you should have this permission, please contact the support team.
You can check who else has access to monitor devices within your estate through the Users widget. Here, you’ll be able to see the name and email they use to log in to the system and, by checking what entity they’re in, you’ll be able to see what devices they are able to see/monitor.
