One-Click Calling in Handle Events
Phone numbers in the Handle Events table are now clickable. Simply click a phone number to initiate a call through your VoIP application (such as Microsoft Teams or your organisation's telephony system).
This improvement helps control room operators respond faster during time-critical situations by eliminating the need to manually copy and dial phone numbers.
Batch Operations Reporting Widget
A new dashboard widget provides visibility into bulk device operations performed on your account. You can now view the history of batch operations, see per-device status details, and export reports.
Features include:
• View operation history with status and timestamps
• Expand rows to see per-device details
• Filter by operation type and status
• Export reports to CSV or email
Welcome Emails for New Users
New IntelliCare users now automatically receive a welcome email when their account is created. The email includes their account username, instructions to set their password, and support contact information.
This feature also works for bulk user imports — each successfully created user receives their own welcome email.

These features are available immediately after your system is updated to V3.8.0.
To view batch operation history:
1. Add the "Batch Operations" widget to your dashboard
2. Select an entity from the tree
3. Expand rows to see per-device details
4. Use filters to find specific operations
