If you follow these simple steps to download your company’s device list:
Log in to InteliCare at oysta.com.
Scroll to the bottom of the Devices Widget and click "Send by email".
Click "Add Email" and enter the email address for who you want to receive the list of devices.
Once submitted, an email will be sent to you shortly containing the device list as a .csv attachment.
Main Columns
• IMEI – Device's Serial Number.
• Name – What the device is called/who it’s assigned to.
• Phone – The phone number of the device.
• Last Message Recieved – When the last time the device communicated with
InteliCare.
• Product – Roam/Rio/Sentry ect...
• Parent Entity/Entity Name – If you have a complex estate, this will show where
your devices sit.
