When logged into InteliCare, you should see a device tab, map, and the events tab.
Using the device tab, you can search by IMEI, phone number, or the device’s name. If any of these options are missing, you can select the widget toggle from the top right-hand corner of the widget itself and filter through what you would like to see.
Once you have found the device you’re looking for, tick the square box to the left of the device’s information/name, and this selects the device. Events will now populate in the events widget and on the map.
To filter and search for specific dates/times, you can use the history option on the events widget, and then click ‘event time’. Here you can change the dates and times.
This will then populate what you would like to see within the events widget.
📌Note: You can also filter by event type, for example, searching for Fall Alerts or Zone Outs.
Common Event Types
Cycles: These carry basic device information such as location and battery %. On most settings, these update ~every 10 minutes, or once an hour if the device isn’t moving, or on charge.
Heartbeats: These just tell the system the device is on and connected to the
system.
Alarm – Emergency: This is when the SOS button has been pressed on the front of the device.
Alarm – Fall: This is when the device has detected a fall.
Battery Low: Triggered when the device drops below 20% battery.
Zone In & Out: This is triggered when a device leaves its predefined geofence. For more information on this and if you’re able to set it up for your device, please call the company who supplied you with your device.
📌Note: If the SOS or Fall has been cancelled before a call has been made, it
won’t show up on InteliCare.
As the device’s location updates every 10 minutes, this may not trigger
the moment a device leaves it’s geofence.
