The Oysta Pearl+ devices have reached end-of-life with immediate effect, following confirmation that the device manufacturer has permanently ceased production and support.

No further units will be available to order.

YOUR RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT: ACCESS TEC ROAM

The Access TEC Roam is the recommended replacement for your Pearl+ devices. 4G and VoLTE-enabled for network resilience, the TEC Roam is fully supported on Oysta IntelliCare and designed for technology-enabled care monitoring environments. Your account manager will advise on pricing, availability, and migration planning.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR SERVICE

Pearl+ devices already active in your IntelliCare environment will continue to function normally. No immediate disruption to your monitoring service is expected. However, we recommend planning a structured transition to the Access TEC Roam as a priority, as no further Pearl units will be available.

RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS

1. Pause any planned Pearl+ orders with immediate effect.

2. Audit your Pearl estate — identify quantities, assignment status, and device age profile to inform your transition plan.

3. Contact your account manager to discuss Access TEC Roam pricing, availability, and a migration timeline.
