The VT360 personal safety device has reached end-of-life with immediate effect, following confirmation that the device manufacturer has permanently ceased production and support for this model.
No further units will be available to order, and manufacturer-level hardware support will not be provided beyond this date.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR SERVICE
Devices already deployed and operational within your Oysta IntelliCare environment will continue to function normally. The platform will maintain support for existing VT360 connections, and no immediate change to your monitoring capability is anticipated for currently active devices.
However, we strongly recommend you do not plan further procurement of VT360 units, and that you begin reviewing the VT360 devices within your estate in preparation for a managed transition.
RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS
1. Identify VT360 units in your active estate using your IntelliCare Devices dashboard, noting quantities, assignment status, and any outstanding procurement commitments.
2. Pause any planned VT360 orders. If you have pending purchase orders, please contact your account manager as a priority so these can be reviewed.
3. Await our replacement recommendation. We are actively evaluating suitable alternatives and will communicate our recommendation — alongside migration guidance and pricing — as soon as this is confirmed.
4. Contact your account manager directly if you have specific concerns about service continuity, contractual obligations, or urgent resupply requirements.
