The Oysta SenseCare device has been discontinued with immediate effect, following a strategic review of our device portfolio.

No further SenseCare units will be available to order. There is no like-for-like replacement device within this product line.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR SERVICE

SenseCare devices already deployed and operational within your IntelliCare environment will continue to function normally. No immediate change to your monitoring capability is anticipated for currently active devices. However, as devices reach the end of their operational life, no replacements will be available within this product line.

We recommend you begin reviewing the SenseCare devices within your estate and speak with your account manager about your longer-term device strategy and the options available across the Access Group portfolio.

RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS

1. Pause any planned SenseCare procurement with immediate effect. If you have pending purchase orders, please contact your account manager as a priority.

2. Audit your SenseCare estate — note quantities, operational status, and the age profile of deployed devices.

3. Speak to your account manager about alternative solutions within the Access Group portfolio that may meet your monitoring requirements going forward.
