IntelliCare setup guide

In this article, we explain how to get set up on IntelliCare.

Follow these simple steps to help get you up and running quickly and ensuring you have the correct access in place to IntelliCare.

  1. Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email similar to the example below.

2. First, click the link labelled “Click here to activate your password”. This will take you to the IntelliCare page, where you can create your password.

📌Note: This link will expire 72 hours after the email is sent.

🤓 Tip: All password requirements are outlined within the welcome email for your reference.

3. If the link indicates that the token has expired, click the link labelled “Click here if the ‘activate password’ link has expired.” This will generate a new welcome email and refresh your login token.

4. If you forget your password, you can request a reset from the platform’s login page. Simply click “Forgot password” and enter your email address to begin the process.
