Welcome! The Access Personal Safety App is a mobile-based solution, so there’s no physical device to install or receive. Everything is set up digitally and you can get started as soon as your account is created.
What We Need From You
To begin, please provide us with:
An email address for each person who will be using the Access Personal Safety App
Each app user must have their own unique email address.
How Setup Works
Step 1: Account Creation
Once we have your email address, our Support team will create your account.
You’ll receive an email with:
Your username
A link to set your password
Step 2: Download the App
After setting your password:
Open your device’s app store:
Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Search for and download the Access Personal Safety App
Open the app
Step 3: Log In
When prompted in the app:
Enter your username
Enter the password you created
Step 4: You’re Live
Once you log in:
Your account is automatically connected
Monitoring is enabled straight away
No further setup is required
There’s no device to pair, activate, or install — everything happens automatically once you log in.
