How to hard reset a hub
On the back of the hub, you will find a small reset button (as indicated on the below image) This button can also be found under the rubber feet of the hub, depending on what version hub you have.
Use a thin object such as a paper clip, press the button once.
The home hub will instantly power down.
The home hub will proceed to the startup screen and attempt to reconnect.
