What to do if you do not have access to factory reset

How to factory reset hub

Once correct user privileges are obtained, follow the below steps.

  1. Click the Portfolio that the hub you would like to reset sits in.

  2. Then click Service Users and choose the hub that you would like to reset from the list.

  3. Under the hub box, select the 3 dot menu

    , then select Control.

  4. This will bring up a dialogue box with multiple options, select Factory Reset to reset the hub.
