If you’re having issues with your device charging, check the following:
The Pearl II device sits well in the grey charger, held in by magnets.
Tip: The LED on the charger changes to red when charging, and green when it’s charged fully.
The power cable plugs into the back of the charger, then into the wall power socket and isn’t loose.
