The Pearl+ may not turn on after charging if it hasn’t taken enough power, the charger wasn’t properly connected, or the device needs a reset after a full battery drain.
If you're having issues switching on your device after charging, follow these steps.
Press the lefthand side button. If on charge a battery icon will come up, meaning the device if off and charging fine.
To then turn it on, while the battery is still displaying hold the same button again until a OYSTA TECHNOLOGY sign appear.
If the Oysta icon appears this is now turning on and within a few moments, you should then see the time and date. Your device is now turned on.
If the battery icon does not come up, is the cable secure in the device and is the cable secure in the wall and turned on. If either side is loose you will need to contact us. Please raise anew case online and reference the title of this article.
