How to factory reset hub
Click the Portfolio that the hub you would like to reset sits in
Then click Service Users and choose the hub that you would like to reset from the list
Under the hub box, select the 3 dot menu, then select Control
This will bring up a dialogue box with multiple options, select Factory Reset to reset the hub
What to do if you do not have access to factory reset
Check article here on how to request change to user privileges (you will need system admin to be able to factory reset)
Reference your email address & the reason you would like access to be able to factory reset hubs
