When this feature is enabled, you must enter a 4-digit PIN to power off the hub. This prevents the hub from being accidentally or unauthorised turned off.
How to Power Off the Hub
From the Home screen, navigate to Settings → Power.
Tap the centre button to select Power Off.
A PIN entry keypad will appear on screen.
Entering the PIN
Use the number buttons (0–9) to enter each digit.
Your progress is shown at the top of the screen using * for entered digits and - for remaining digits.
The PIN is 4 digits long.
Button Functions
0–9 — Enter a digit
Del — Delete the last digit entered
X (Cancel) — Cancel and return
What Happens After Entering the PIN
Correct PIN: The hub will begin powering down and display a message asking you to unplug the hub.
Incorrect PIN: An error message will briefly appear, then you can try again.
If the screen is inactive for a while, the hub will automatically return to the Home screen.
