Zone in and Zone out alerts are data only alarms. They will not trigger a voice call.
When a zone in or zone out is triggered, the alarm data, which includes the last known location, is pushed to the device destination. This could be the alarm receiving centre (ARC) or next of kin, or both. This is a proactive alert whereby the person receiving the alert, will then proactively make contact with the service user to ensure they are safe and well.
