There is a blue button on the front of the Oysta Rio which connects to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), or designated contact. This is already pre-programmed for you.
To activate an SOS:
Press the blue SOS button for three to four seconds, and a voice will say: 'Please wait, dialing for assistance'.
This means an SOS alarm is being raised and someone will answer shortly.
