Events in IntelliCare not showing

In this article, we explain why events may not appear in IntelliCare, including user selection and data availability.

When looking at the devices widget on your dashboard, ensure you have selected the person you would like to see the events information about.

  • Use the checkbox on the left-hand side of the service user’s name.

If the box is ticked and you still do not see any events for this service user, it could be that no events have come into IntelliCare yet.

If you are sure there should be an event, the service user is ticked and the device is on, please raise a new case through your success portal or call our Access TEC support team on 01295 530101.
