First time Logins
If you’re logging in for the first time, you’ll require an invitation to do this, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
We’ll set up your account and you’ll receive an automated message asking you to create a password. There are two links on the email. You have eight hours to click the first activate password link. If you miss the eight-hour window, use the second link.
Once you click the link, you need to create a new password using the following criteria.
10 characters.
At least one upper case letter.
At least one lower case letter.
At least one number.
At least one symbol, such as _!?@.
