The hub requires 2 minutes to process and will then send the message to the ARC (Alarm Receiving Center.)

The hub typically takes about 2 minutes to complete the transition process. Once this is done, it will send the Power Restored message to the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) to notify them that power has been successfully restored.
