If you're having problems getting your OystaCare watch to charge, check the charging base and pin alignment.
To charge your watch:
Connect the USB cable to the charging base, then plug it into the wall.
Place the watch into the charging base, ensuring the pins in the base align with the pins on the back of the watch.
🤓Tip: When it's positioned correctly, you'll hear the spoken confirmation 'Your Oysta device is charging'.
The OystaCare watch's battery life is up to 30 hours, but we recommend daily charging.
