If you find that once successfully paired, the hub then becomes unpaired and your are unable to access the the hub, complete the below steps.
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Include one of the below options, all if possible:
Device ID.
Device serial number.
Service user ID.
3. Attach a screenshot/picture of the hub itself, if possible. We can then investigate this for you and attempt to rectify the issue.
