Our Pearl+, Pearl II and Rio devices have three levels of fall sensitivity: low, medium and high.
The fall detector built into your device is normally set to medium. It can be increased or decreased depending on how you wear the device. For example, if you wear the device on your belt or in a pocket, we recommend it be set to high. We can reduce it if it's around your neck and swings when you walk.
