If your Assure hub is showing a SIM error, there's a few things that you can do.

Attempt a soft reboot

Gently press the reboot button at the back of the device, next to the power supply. You will need a sharp object like a pen pencil. A single press will trigger the device to restart.

In many cases, the hub will re-register successfully after reboot.

If the error persists

Please log the case with Access Support using your usual channel and include:

  • The hub serial number found on the bottom of the device.

  • The time the SIM error appeared.

  • Any relevant dashboard behaviour.

This will allow us to review the device, track the pattern, and confirm next steps.

RMA process

If the SIM error remains after reboot and troubleshooting, the device may need to be returned under the RMA process.

Your support team will advise based on the deviceโ€™s behaviour and history.
