Dashboard & Mobile App - This release introduces service user suspension management alongside improvements to organisation configuration and device management.

Service User Suspension - Feature Flagged - Please talk to your Customer Success or Sales contact.

Temporarily pause monitoring for service users when they're away from their monitored environment.

Why this matters: Prevents false alerts and unnecessary notifications when service users are on holiday, in hospital, or visiting family, ensuring your team focuses on users who need active monitoring.

Key Features

Suspension Management

  • Suspend service users with predefined reasons: Holiday, Hospital, Hospice, Family Visiting, Respite, Devices Awaiting Collection, or custom reasons

  • Set optional end dates for automatic monitoring resumption

  • View complete suspension history for each service user

  • System automatically creates care notes documenting all suspensions

Dashboard Experience

  • New suspension dialogs in patient overview for quick access

  • Edit existing suspensions without creating duplicate records

  • Filter and manage suspended users across your organisation

  • Clear visual indicators showing suspension status and reason

Mobile App Experience

  • Suspension status displayed on service user menu page

  • Shows suspension reason (e.g. "Suspended: Holiday")

  • Quick reference without opening full service user details

Smart Analytics Retraining

  • When monitoring resumes, system enters 7-day learning period

  • "Learning Behaviour" indicator appears to set expectations

  • Analytics models re-establish baseline patterns before alerting

  • Ensures accurate monitoring after periods away

What Happens During Suspension

  • Rules and smart alerts are not processed

  • System events are suppressed - (Handle events feature needs to be enabled)

  • Service user removed from priority triage lists

  • All existing device connections maintained

Permissions

  • Requires administrator access to suspend/unsuspend service users

  • Audit trail tracks who suspended and unsuspended each service user

Additional Improvements

Event Location Display

  • Event modals now show location information when GPS data is available

  • Interactive map centered on service user's location with accuracy radius

  • Real-time zoom and pan controls

  • Address and coordinates displayed as tooltip

  • "Location data not available" message with explanation when GPS unavailable

  • "Refresh Location" button for supported devices

Getting Started

Dashboard: Your dashboard will update automatically. All existing data and settings remain unchanged.

Mobile App: Update through your device's app store. App version 3.7.0 or higher required.
